The buttons are sensitive and can change while using (like other reviewers have mentioned) but I loved this for my tiny puppy! Easy to use and made me feel like I was a professional groomer haha!

This blow dryer is so gentle and much quieter than the standard grooming blow dryer. We love how easy it is to hold, much better than the heavier dryer hoses that give you arm fatigue. I used to work as a bath for a pet grooming salon, and love the different nozzles this dryer comes with. It's quiet but! If you have a nervous dog, introduce this to them off, with plenty of treats. Then turn it on low away from them, let them get used go it before you ever blow air in their direction. Gently introduce this to them and you'll have a much better experience - for your pup's sake! Also look into the puppy hoods that covered their ears, or if you have a small pupper, cut off a hoodie sleeve and trim to size, then use that in a pinch. Protect those earsies and that hearing! Also helps with keeping water out of ears during bath time, preventing more ear infections. Happy bath time!

This blow dry makes drying my yokies so much better. They use to hate getting their baths but since I got this gadget they love it now. With speed control along with temperature control you can dial in the sweet spot for your dogs. They sit their like Hollywood celebs just absolutely still and soaking it up makes what was once a chore now a pleasure

This dryer is kind of amazing. It leaves my 11 lb maltipoo super fluffy almost like from the groomers. The drying time is a little longer than advertised, took about 30 mins to fully dry and fluff her up. Overall it is an upgrade from using human hair dryer. It is kind of loud but NOT TOO loud. With the ear protectors, my dog wasn’t scared like she was with the human hair dryer. It is also not too hot. The attachment brush makes it easy to brush and dry at the same time. The dryer is kind of weird to hold. I also tried it on my own hair and works just fine. I only used it twice so far. Hopefully it’s a good equipment build to last.

4. Gradually increase the exposure to the hair dryer. Keep the sessions short initially and gradually extend the time as your dog becomes more comfortable.
5. Maintain a comfortable distance initially and avoid directing the airflow directly at your dog. Slowly acclimate them to the sensation of the air.
6. Begin with the hair dryer on a low heat and low speed setting. This minimizes noise and airflow intensity, making the experience less intimidating.
